A note from the Foundation:
We are planning to open our swimming pool on Memorial Day, May 27. Until school closes for the year, we only open on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. Beginning Saturday, June 25 through Labor Day, September 5, it will be open daily noon to 7:00pm, except that it will close for the season on Labor Day at 6:00pm.
If your Boys and Girls Club (or other clubs or groups) would be interested in participating in group swimming events, e.g., a certain day and time so we could schedule, the fee is $4.00 each for groups 10 or more. We will offer contactless registration and payment and that will open that up in a few weeks.
If there is interest from a group, please ask them to contact our Program Director, Mr. LaMont Geddis, email@example.com, so he can get them in the que.
Also, we are looking for pool gate guards for two shifts, Monday – Friday, noon to 7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, same hours. The gate guards is responsible for ensuring that everyone who enters pays the proper fee and supports the pool management company ensuring rules and regulations are followed. If you know of anyone, please ask them to send a cover letter and resume indicating desired shift to Mr. Geddis at the email above.
